Shipping Time
•For most serviceable pin codes, we try to deliver within 7 days. There could be a possible delay of 2-3 business days in delivery, for unseen circumstances. However, you will be able to track your package using a unique tracking link that we will email/SMS you after your order is sent to our delivery partner.

10 Days Return Policy
After the product is received by customer, they can return within 10 days, with no explanation. However the product shall not be damaged in any manner. Shipping back to factory charges be borne by customer. Once we received back the goods. Payment will be transferred back to customers bank account. Any product which is damaged at customer end will not be accepted. No Physically damaged goods will be accepted at our end. In case customer gets a physically damaged goods by transporter. A complaint should be filed via email to our company email address: sales@indiansalesyn.com within 24 hours of receipt of products. Post 24 hours of acceptance of delivery no physically damaged claims will be entertained. However any manufacturing defect in product will be accepted till one year, under warranty period of the product. If any product received with manufacturing fault inform us via our official mail address: sales@indiansalesyn.com. In case we find defect against manufacturing, said product will be repaired at our factory and shipped back to customer.
